How does it work?
With a fully integrated EDI system, the process involves no paper, no people, and almost no time. EDI takes your company data (e.g. POs), sends it over the EDI network, and acts as a translator so our system can process it.
The process works the other way too; once we receive your PO through EDI, our system immediately (and automatically) sends back a receipt to let you know we got it. Then, once your PO is processed by our system, EDI translates the Order Confirmation and sends it to your system automatically.
Every step of the process can be set up through EDI, avoiding delays in processing times, human input errors, and providing additional transparency at each step of the process.
