This March for NDL (3/1/2023)

We had a great time at the AHR Expo, and want to say thank you to everyone that stopped by our booth and to all the reps that helped educate people on the benefits of our products. If you missed us this year, make sure to stop by our booth next year in Chicago, Illinois for AHR 2024! Also, big congrats to our AHR Expo giveaway winner Trevor, he guessed the exact amount of ACR Copper Fitting Elbows we had in the bowl which was 294.

A big thank you goes out to everyone that stopped by to learn more about our products, we had a great time and are already looking forward to another significant turnout next year. We would also like to thank independent sales representatives from ASG, Andrew Shive and Matt Eskridge. We always appreciate their help and looking forward to working with them at more shows!

Make sure to stop by the Sevierville Convention Center at the end of March and visit us at the Wallace Hardware Show! You can meet with some of our product experts from NDL and with an independent sales representative from Julian C. Scruggs Company, Jimmy Tubbs.

March of this year marks the 2nd anniversary of our dedicated operations center near Memphis, TN, coming online (they grow up so fast!). We’ve been hard at work optimizing our processes to ensure timely order processing while maintaining high accuracy of shipments. Every change comes with growing pains, but with your patience and support, we’ve been able to develop a great team that we can be proud of.

In our continuing drive to improve shipment accuracy and ensure our manufacturing facilities are prioritizing the stock you need, it’s time for us to do a full inventory count. Accuracy of the count is critical to minimize the impact on you, so during this time, we will not be shipping any customer orders.
