This new 40,860 square-foot facility consolidates all US inventory management under one roof, strengthening NDL’s commitment to the US market of timely fulfillment of its innovative and high-quality HVAC, refrigeration, and plumbing products. The NDL Industries Vancouver, British Columbia corporate headquarters will continue to support the US operations center with Customer Service and Engineering teams, just as it does for its other global operations center in the United Kingdom.
Located in Southaven, Mississippi, the new NDL facility is strategically located, centered among major logistical networks, and equipped with state-of-the-art inventory management systems. During the next seven weeks of transition to consolidate inventory, the NDL Sales and Customer Service teams are eager to accept your orders to maintain its exceptional customer service level and quality that you have come to expect from NDL. Shipping will commence from this location in the first week of May.
