To enter, simply take a photo of yourself using our product in the field and email it to us at marketing@ndlinc.com with the subject line, “NDL Picture Challenge” and the name/location of the store you bought the NDL product at. Or you can post your picture on Instagram/Facebook with the hashtag #NDLSnapAndShare.
The best pictures will win!

There will be one grand prize and four smaller prizes. The grand prize winner will receive any sports jersey from your favorite team and the four runners-up will receive a $50 Fanatics Gift Card.

NDL Picture Challenge – Rules and Terms of Use
By submitting a photo for the NDL Snap & Share Contest (the “Contest”), you agree to the following rules and terms of use:
Eligibility requirements:
- Submit a picture of yourself using any NDL product to marketing@ndlinc.com
- You and the product must be clearly visible
- Use the email subject “NDL Snap & Share Contest”
- Include the name/location of the store the NDL product was purchased from in the body of the email
or
Post your picture on either Instagram or Facebook an comment #NDLPictureChallenge
Deadline: The Challenge will be open from 6/1/2023 to 6/30/2023. All entries must be received by Friday, June 30th at 5:00 P.M Pacific Time. Entries received after the deadline will not be considered.
Prizes: There will be one (1) grand prize and four (4) runner-up prizes. The grand prize winner will receive a jersey from a major sports team of their choice (MLB, MLS, NBA, NCAA, NFL, or NHL at a $200 limit for jersey cost) and the four runners-up will receive a $50 Fanatics Gift Card. The prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Selection of winners: The winners will be selected based on the quality and creativity of their pictures. The winners will be notified via email on or before July 14, 2023.
Use of pictures: By submitting your picture, you give NDL Industries (USA), Inc. (the “Company”) permission to use your picture in perpetuity. Usage may include but is not limited to, the Company’s website, social media channels, advertisements, and marketing materials. You acknowledge that the pictures will become the property of the Company and that the Company may use the pictures for any legal purpose. You hereby release and discharge the Company from any and all claims and demands arising out of or in connection with the use of your picture.
Disqualification: We reserve the right to disqualify any entry, for any reason. Disqualification from the contest does not void the agreement herein.
Privacy: Any personal information collected during the Challenge will be used solely for the purposes of administering the Challenge and will not be shared with any third parties.
By participating in the Challenge, you agree to be bound by these rules and terms of use. If you do not agree with any part of these rules and terms of use, please do not participate in the Challenge.
