NDL Industries Ultimate Protection Warranty
NDL Industries Inc. warrants that the NDL Series of ACR Copper Pressure Fittings is manufactured in strict accordance with the ASME B16.22 Standard for “Wrought Copper and Copper Alloy Solder Joint Pressure Fittings.”
NDL Industries Inc. will reimburse for substantiated damage claims for refrigeration system failures caused by the application of NDL ACR Copper fittings, under the following conditions:
- The failed fitting has been used in an appropriate manner, as determined by industry accepted refrigeration systems design and trade practices, and the failure is not the result of normal wear and tear, improper installation, misuse or neglect.
- The fitting has not been subjected to abnormally stressful conditions due to the configuration of other system components, and
- The failed fitting demonstrates an obvious defect or non-compliance to the ASME/ANSI B16.22 – 1995 Standard, which in turn has led to the failure, as may be determined by subsequent third party review.
This warranty is limited to the cost of supply and installation of fitting(s) to replace any failed fitting(s) plus the cost of supplying and recharging the failed system with lost refrigerant, up to $20,000 all in, and is limited to a period of 10 years from the date of receipt of goods by the purchaser.
